We provide Total Fitness with 24/7 365-day remote support. Using highly skilled engineers we can provide technical advice and give support to front line operation managers.

Using the most recent technology we can provide remote editing to the back-end software of the BEMS controllers, saving the clients the cost of an engineer travelling to site.

These sites have two different vendor controllers on them. In the past each site had a front-end PC for graphical representation creating further maintenance and upgrade costs. We were given the task of integrating these sites into one web enabled server platform. We were able to supply Total Fitness with a new platform that monitors all sites for incoming alarms, temperatures and recording historic data. The system also sends out daily reports informing on site staff what the temperatures are for each area whilst highlighting any problems that may have occurred.
